ABOUT IPP DELTAFLEX

IPPI  International history

Improved Piping Product, Inc. (IPPI), is a thriving family business created by Gunter Schlicht in 1979. The business is now run by his two sons.

We are famous for our products called Deltaflex®, convoluted high quality pipe flanges. IPPI is established as a world leader in the engineering, design, manufacture and distribution of piping flange systems.

With all these years of piping experience with the Deltaflex® convoluted flange design, we have been instrumental in bringing reduced costs and increased performance to flanging systems.

Deltaflex® products are used for water, mining, gas, marine applications and fish farming and our customers are typically either pipe manufacturers, pipe fitting manufacturers or distributors. IPPI have customers in more than 25 countries and the number is growing.

IPPI’s warehouse is located in central Europe where we hold full stock of our product range. We send goods out daily and offer a delivery time of between 2 to 7 days depending on your location. The sales office is based in the UK with customer support ready to help you wherever you are located.

Quality Manufacturing
Quality assurance programs are at the heart of IPP’s manufacturing expertise. IPP Deltaflex® flange products are produced under an exacting QA/QC program that is administered from its corporate offices by an independent QA/QC manager. The IPP approach to QA assures that each order, large or small, is produced under the same inspection program with the same rigorous acceptance standards. The company employs a very high percentage of inspectors in its manufacturing operations to monitor semi-finished materials as well as finished goods. This program has radically improved productivity, quality and on-time performance, allowing IPP to offer the most cost competitive product lines in the piping industry.

Research Information Systems
IPP regularly publishes the results of its research as a service to the industry. The design staff provides updated reference tables, educational videos and installation instruction manuals for its products. All this information is available to IPP Deltaflex® flange users worldwide, free of charge. IPP is designed to be the full-service flange company with a strong customer connection.
